International Patients: Your Guide to Visiting The Children’s Eye & ENT Centre in Singapore

Travelling to Singapore for your child’s care can feel overwhelming, but our team is here to make the process smooth and stress-free. From coordinating appointments to guiding you through local requirements, we are committed to supporting your family every step of the way.

International Patients

Planning Your Visit

We help families plan the length of stay based on your child’s medical needs, including any diagnostic tests, laser treatments, or surgeries. Appointments can be scheduled efficiently to minimise travel and waiting time, ensuring your child’s care is coordinated and comfortable.

Medical Records & Reports

To help our doctors understand your child’s health, please bring:

Previous medical records, eye or ENT test results, and imaging

Details of any past treatments or surgeries

Existing glasses or hearing aids

Accommodation & Transport

We have tie-ups with hotels near Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital for easy access to the clinic. For convenience, we can also advise on public transport, taxis, and parking options to make your visit as seamless as possible.

GST Refund for International Patients

Foreign patients may be eligible for a Goods and Services Tax (GST) refund on certain medications and optical aids. Our clinic is registered with Global Blue, and our team can guide you through the process to ensure you claim your refund quickly and easily.

Interpreter Services

For families who do not speak English, Chinese, Malay, or Bahasa, we can arrange interpreters in a range of languages.

Visa Requirements

Citizens from most ASEAN countries (except Myanmar) do not need a visa for Singapore. If your child needs to enter Singapore multiple times for treatment, we can provide a support letter for a multiple-entry visa. For a full list of visa requirements, please refer to the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority website.
